Brain Channels Flows Metaphorically

Brain Channels has been in existence now since November 7, 2000. Since the time of its launch, major changes have taken place on the Internet and in the world. This site reflects the survival and evolution themes we are encountering today with its stark portrayal of the different human species that have existed throughout prehistoric times up to the present.

Brain Channels metaphorically encompasses what is happening on the Internet, with all of the now "extinct" dot coms that have died since this site was launched. For Brain Channels and other dot coms to continue to survive, our sites must evolve. Unlike Australopithecus that survived stagnant with a small brain for 3 million years, Brain Channels cannot simply "exist" on the Internet without evolving in some way. Such is why I was sent a powerful message recently about the "REAL Internet" that Brain Channels represents. I have disclosed what the "REAL" Internet is on my About page.

For now, I would like to emphasize that throughout history we have observed the many barbaric things humans have done to one another in the name of survival. It is a pity that people find it necessary to abuse and overpower others out of their own fear of extinction. If we could come to some universal understanding that, as the ancient Egyptians were keenly aware, there is something beyond this world and thus not make such a big deal out of petty disputes while keeping our eye on the bigger picture. That is, the REAL Internet we can all tap into to gain a larger perspective of life in general and our place in the universe.

This site is dedicated to Songbirds like the late Eva Cassidy. Eva Cassidy was a REAL singer who no words can do justice to in describing the depth of her talent and the treasure she left behind for millions of people to discover. Perhaps singers such as Eva are the best examples of getting in tune with the REAL Internet, flowing and evolving in the process. Though she is no longer in our world, Eva's flowing talent transcends time. Also, in case you didn't know, Kristy McNichol has transcended time as well.
